Our Garden
Amazing garden produce used in restaurant
The backbone of many a dish, these vegetables are on their way to serve their final purpose; shining on your plates. Starting as seeds, going through propogation, planting, growing, harvesting and now mise en plus for service, it's been a wild ride. Look out for them on menu at Patsys and check out our Instagram profile here…

Lunch
Sunday Lunches
** Sunday Lunch
FACT: The weekend feels longer when a Sunday lunch is involved.
ANOTHER FACT: Living consciously and enjoying oneself are no longer mutually exclusive.
We offer delicious food, wine and cocktails AND make relentless efforts to minimise produce miles and engage with likeminded suppliers.
We're open every day for lunch, dinner and drinks, but we can't help but admit that the produce rolling in at the moment is really lending itself to SUNDAY LUNCH. Extend your weekend with us.

Great wine list
Melbournes most serious wine list
Like to know what you're sipping and where it came from? Same.
Here's what our Wine Director, Seb Zotti, has to say about his list at Patsy's.
"The Patsy's list prioritises sustainable agriculture. Preference is given to no-till/minimal till/organic viticultural practices. Each chosen wine celebrates an approach to farming that views the relationship between farmer, community and land as custodial. Everything you can drink at Patsy's is vegan and seasonally transformative. A highlight to our loyal regulars, no two visits are the same."
Tasty chef
Dan Lidgard Chef ex Attica, pt Leo Estate, Stokehouse.
Dan Lidgard, pictured t with one of our Directors Clinton Trevisi, has come across to Patsy's in a new Executive Chef role. He has been Head Chef at our sister restaurant Donna Maria in Flinders for some time and will now direct both kitchens.
Skilled and innovative, Dan has cut his teeth in some of the finest kitchens around, including: Attica, Stokehouse and Pt Leo Estate. He was also a finalist in the Josephine Pignolet Australian Young Chef of the Year 2019.
We are thrilled to welcome Dan to the Patsy's team and can't wait to see what he does with our offering.
